Preparation

Advance preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut into even sizes

1. Boil in water until cooked, drain and dry over a low heat.
2. Mash as appropriate and mix/whisk in the butter and warmed milk.
3. Use as appropriate.

Handy hints
For a creamier mash use KNORR Culinary Double instead of milk

Healthy hint

Use FLORA spread and low fat milk instead of cream and butter
